Parts you need in step 1

• 6  M4 16 mm bolte
• 6 M4 skiver
• 6 M4 møtrikker

1. The front plate is pre-cut into three pieces: Two small pieces that will be mounted on each side and the middle piece that will fold down.
2. Start by mounting the two small pieces as shown in pictures 1B and 1C. They are mounted with the 2×3 10mm bolts, washers and nuts that are left over from assembling the rest of the bike.
3. Drill holes for mounting the hinges with a 6 mm drill bit – see picture 1D.
4. Mount the front door with the 6 M4 16 mm bolts, washers and nuts – see pictures 1E and 1F.

Parts you need in step 2

• 4 pcs. M4 16 mm bolts
• 4 pcs. M4 nuts

• 4 pcs. M4 16 mm bolts
• 4 pcs. M4 washers
• 4 pcs. M4 nuts

1. Drill holes Ll mounting one part of the closing bracket through the wooden plate and the metal in the corner bracket – on both sides. Use a 5 mm drill – see picture 2A.
2. The brackets are mounted with 4 pcs. M4 16 mm bolts and nuts (no washers) – see picture 2B.
3. Drill holes for mounting the second or third closing bracket – on both sides. Use a 5 mm drill bit – see picture 2C. Make sure you have enough space so that the closing bracket closes tightly.
4. The brackets are mounted with 4 pcs. M4 16 mm bolts, washers and nuts – see pictures 2D and 2E

1. Drill a hole with a 6 mm drill in the middle of the front plate just above the logo – see picture 3A.
2. Mount the headlight with the headlight bracket – see pictures 3B, 3C and 3D.
