Here you can find our complaint forms, if you have been unfurtunate enough to have a fault, defect or complaint on your bike or spareparts etc. It is important that you read the guides below very carefully prior to creating the complaint

We have very few faults on our bikes and parts. If you nevertheless have been unlucky and believe that you have a product defect or fault, then read and follow the instructions below, so that we may solve the issue as fast as possible.
